Latin American Dances
Cha Cha Cha: Fun, cheeky and easy to learn, Cha Cha Cha is a great dance to introduce budding dancers to the wonderful world of Latin music and rhythm.
Rumba: Known as the dance of love, the Rumba is slow, sensuous and can be danced to some truly gorgeous music.
Jive: Characterised by turns, spins, kicks and flicks, the Jive can be danced to laid back R and B rhythms, right through to fast and furious Rock and Roll music. Whichever you enjoy, we’ve got the jive for you!
Samba: An adaptation of the Brazilian, carnival dance, the Samba is full of fun, bounce and uses uplifting music.
Ballroom Dances
Waltz : This elegant dance has a lilting rhythm and is danced to beautiful, romantic music.
Quickstep: Characterised by groups of swift, light steps around the floor to up tempo music, this dance is great fun to learn.
Foxtrot : Get in touch with your smooth, suave side with this flowing dance that can be danced to a wide variety of music old and new.
Tango : A dramatic dance full of power and passion. Characterised by crisp, precise steps and sharp head and body actions, the Tango is always a favourite to learn.
